Was taken for my birthday and it was wonderful. Aly was a gracious host along with our server who recited the specials by memory including the starters and dessert menus. Great time had by all!! By reservation only

Alys’ is my absolute favorite restaurant in Huerfano County! The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect—whether it’s for a cozy date night or a fun group dinner. Alys even has gluten-free desserts, and they’re truly top-notch!

This place is awesome! I am 81. Took my wife here for her birthday It was the best dinning experience we ever have had. Everything was cooked to perfection, many choices, lots of high quality wines,just can't put all into words We will be going back as soon as we can. The best !!!!

I've had two amazing meals here and highly recommend Alys'. The environment is so lovely, the service stellar and the food is to die for. The wine list is very reasonable and what a selection. Don't forget to make reservations in advance. But do not miss out on this dinning experience!! Even the bathroom is adorable! What a gem.

Exceptional in all regards. The White Bean and Ham Soup was delicious with a complex velvety broth that brought tears to my eyes. For the main course, I had the lamb, and my wife had the pork. Both seasoned and cooked to perfection. May I suggest the Ramey Pinot Noir as an excellent pair? Finished it off with carrot cake and the Angel Food. Get a reservation and then get ready to enjoy yourself. We will definitely be back... often.
